Garlic Herb Rice

2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups rice
----- heat oil, garlic then add rice. Cook until it talks to you a little
4 cups chicken stock or water\
2 sprigs thyme
2 sprigs tarragon
1 tablespoon salt
----- Add rest, bring to a boil, cover and cook 17 minutes on lowest heat.
