Grilling in Houston in December - Whole Salmon and Salmon Skin Cracklins

Party for my golf buddies and families. I just did the grilling:

-          Grilled Whole Salmon Fillets stuffed (yes stuffed) with Dill

-          Crispy Salmon Skin Cracklin’s

-          Provencal Butterflied Leg of Lamb
