OMG! You had me at "Bacon and Roasted Corn Gougeres" YUM! I tried making regular gruere gougeres but I was not sucessful. My choux pastry is a bit hit or miss. But that sounds delicious.
Rebel: recipe for these gougeres is (almost) foolproof. I'll post it.
